Buonasera a tutti,
ho comprato per la nuova abitazione il router Dlink DSL-320B che si connette perfettamente e il DIR-865L che non ne vuole sapere...o forse e meglio dire che non riesco a fare connettere.
Ho provate diverse configurazioni ma nulla..il led della rete è sempre rosso!!
Io ho un'adsl Alice Telecom Italia e i suddetti prodotti...
Potete indicarmi la procedura da seguire perchè non riesco ad utiliuzzare questo fantastico Cloud Router...

Non so quanti lo sanno, ma questo router è in grado di far accedere ad internet attraverso il FACEBOOK WIFI.
Ovvero, installando il router in un luogo pubblico (o anche a casa), e dopo averlo associato alla propria pagina facebook, consente di collegarsi ad internet e di navigare registrandosi con il proprio account facebook...quindi senza bisogno di password da rilasciare all'utente.
Qualcuno di voi che lo possiede, ha notato se esiste una paginetta del menu del router in cui viene menzionato questo? oppure, come per il netgear compatibile con questo FACEBOOK WIFI, è disponibile un firmware apposito?
E poi: se volessi estendere il range del wifi con un RANGE EXTENDER...come potrei fare per allungare un wifi di questo tipo? l'extender mi dovrebbe comunque consentire di allacciarmi ad internet facendomi loggare a facebook...e sapevo che gli extender avevano bisogno di collegarsi in primis al wifi da estendere....

Buongiorno, ho il router in oggetto, da qualche settimana mi sta facendo impazzire. I miei device connessi in Wifi perdono il collegamento, per poi ricollegarsi dopo un paio di minuti. Questo avviene sia con il pc con la cam (dcs932l) e il telefonino e tablet....
Avevo l'ultimo fw installato ho provato a fare un downgrade ma il problema non si risolve..
Nel log del router non si vedono informazioni...  che faccio lo butto?

Se non risolvi devi mandarlo in RMA e fartelo sostituire dal negoziante o direttamente da D-Link.

il router l'ho acquistato ad aprile 2013... come funziona per l'assistenza..? se poi me lo tengono via 1 mese dovrei cmq comprarne uno in sostituzione... uff

Ti devi registrare sul sito dell'assistenza D-Link e chiedere direttamente il rientro in RMA che ti autorizzeranno per la sostituzione del router.

È bene ribadire che la versione firmware 1.06SHC build 07 20131106 è una versione specifica per Singapore. L'abbiamo già pubblicata a suo tempo. Poi l'abbiamo tolta quando abbiamo fatto piazza pulita dei firmware inutili dato che solo quello pubblicato nel 1° messaggio risulta l'unico che non ha problemi col wireless.
Il firmware lo abbiamo tolto ma è rimasto il messaggio-registro delle operazioni svolte (https://www.dlink-forum.it/index.php?topic=2240.msg27208#msg27208).

Problems Resolved:

P.S. Ripristinata sezione firmware StarHub Customers (Singapore) nel 1° messaggio.

Negli ultimi aggiornamenti con le correzioni di sicurezza per i dispositivi basati su Broadcom sono stati aggiunti nei pacchetti compressi anche i firmware intermedi da cui poi aggiornare all'ultima versione.
Non abbiamo avuto tempo di approfondire ulteriormente ma forse contengono un bootloader aggiornato. Sta di fatto che si effettua l'aggiornamento alla versione intermedia una sola volta: un ulteriore aggiornamento ad una versione intermedia magari superiore non è possibile ma solo ad una delle versioni finali.
Tuttavia è possibile ritornare alle versioni precedenti alla 1.08 del 2015 in modalità recupero sia per i firmware con la vecchia interfaccia che con la nuova.
