Pubblicato driver DWA-182 A1 V1.04b02 2015/10/20 (Win XP/7/8/8.1-64 v6.30.145.30 2013/02/28 & Vista-64 v6.31.145.1 2013/03/07).
Il driver Vista funziona con le altre versioni successive del S.O. e sembra funzionare con la rimozione sicura USB del sistema. Ma con USB Safely Remove se si rimuove e si riconnette dall'utilità (senza rimuovere fisicamente il dispositivo) viene riconosciuta come ulteriore periferica sconosciuta che necessita di driver d'installazione.

Pubblicato anche il driver per dispositivo equivalente NETGEAR A6200 (Win 9x/2K/XP/Vista/7-64 v6.32.145.1 2014/03/26) con installatore solo driver ed installatore utilità di gestione proprietaria. Sono perfettamente compatibili con la D-Link DWA-182 A1 ma, avendo ID dispositivo diverso, bisogna forzare manualmente l'aggiornamento driver dopo l'installazione nella relativa cartella. Si può anche operare sul file bcmwlhigh6.inf per sostituire l'identificativo e la descrizione, anche se poi il sistema non riconoscerà la firma digitale.
Dal 2014 sembra che Broadcom (Avago) non si occupi più di aggiornare i driver per il suo BCM43526. Fra i 9 dispositivi (tutti compatibili) esistenti in commercio basati sul BCM43526 solo i driver dell'A6200 sono stati aggiornati alla versione del 2014 mentre gli altri sono fermi a quella del 2013. Però D-Link, fra tutti, ha provveduto a distribuirli sempre a 32 e 64 bit, ad aggiungere il supporto a Windows 8.1 e ad aggiornare la firma digitale.

Salve, alcuni giorni orsono ho acquistato la chiavetta USB in oggetto- Ho installato il drive correttamente e mi sono connesso con il PC windows 10 per diversi giorni senza problemi.
Poi ha smesso di funzionare, un test windows ha detto che potevano esserci problemi di driver.
Ho installato di nuovo da disco, correggendo i driver esistenti. Alla fine i driver sono stati istallati e windows ha visto correttamente di nuovo la chiavetta tra le risorse disponibili.
Ho però visualizzato il messaggio MSR OVER LIMIT".
Cosa significa? cosa devo fare?
